Meat question Grim? When you were 6 months out and eating sausage, what kind were you eating (Italian, pork, beef, chicken, turkey, Keilbasa etc...)? I know you didn't necessarily worry about the fat. I love any kind of sausage and have been very shy about eating much because it does have a lot of fat, more so than rib eye (protein to fat ratio).

At home, I've only cooked sweet Italian sausage. If I'm eating out, which is really rare, I get whatever breakfast sausage they have (and bacon). maybe once a year I get 2 or 3 McDonald's sausages as a breakfast on the go.
