What's on your Saturday menu RNYer?
Hello everyone,
It's a beautiful day here in CT! I will enjoy it as much as possible. On the down side, I have a great deal of difficulty being physically active due to a fracture in one knee and very bad arthritis in the other. So today I wake up to discover I either broke or sprained my big toe! I have no idea what I did to get this injury! Oh well, I will continue to move as much as possible and maybe do an in the chair workout.
QOTD: My family goes out to brunch every year for Easter. I can handle that. Pick all proteins and they have an omelette station, yaaay!

Not sure what I'm eating for the rest of the day but it will be protein.

Way to stay positive, I have a hard time with that sometimes. I hope your toe is not broken and that it will heal fast.

QOTD- we celebrate Easter, but between my recent surgery and upcoming job change I may skip the family meal (2hr drive each way) and stay home so I can get some work done. My sister is making roast lamb, my favorite! But would it really taste as good without red wine?
