For the past three or so weeks every single time I urinate I also have a bowel movement. This is several times a day. It just seems odd to me. Has anyone else had this issue? Anything I should be concerned about? It's not like it's making a huge difference in the scale.... wi**** would! But I have no idea where it's all coming from. I feel like more is coming out than is going in! Haha

For me it means I need to back off the Miralax for a day or two. It seems it's a delicate balance!!! LOL

?? Have you increased fats in your diet as in cheese, yogurts or cuts of meat??

Maybe butter on veg?? Just throwing some ideas out there.

That seems odd. Have you changed anything in your diet recently? You're a ways out from your surgery, so you should be pretty much settled. I'd say if it keeps up, check in with your PCP.

Haven't really changed anything except I was around 600 calories a month ago and slowly have moved up to 700ish.

You are eating something that is running through your system too fast. For me that would happen if I ate a fresh tomato. Eliminate foods one at a time and see what is doing it.

Good idea. I haven't really changed foods in the last few weeks but I may have developed a sensitivity to something that was fine.

I've never heard of this before.

I have seen several people who had gotten really backed up, even though they had regular bowel movements. In essence, they were passing only 90 percent of what they should have been every day, and the rest just kept building up. Maybe something like that happened to you, and now it's clearing out?

That's possible. I never feel as though I've completed the task, ever.... and there are plenty of people I know that believe I'm full of it...
