We picked up some steak at the butcher last night, but other than that, we're eating out of the freezer like grim.

Chicken breast, drumsticks, more beef, shrimp. I thought I had pork tenderloin, but apparently not... might buy some.. I also had frozen a bunch of turkey mini burger things I froze, so they are good for lunches too.

I'm trying to resist the peanut butter. Although I use the powdered PB2 peanut butter which is lower calories/carbs, but it's still too easy to go overboard on it.

I LOVE peanut butter but it is a problem for me. I can't stop at one tablespoon and eating more than that is wayyy to many calories IMO.

I've been doing the powdered PB if i want any- just not this week

Peanut butter becomes a problem for most people. A big part of the problem is, one serving is 16 grams. If you measured the serving most people take, I'd bet money it was closer to 3 times that much.

I relied on peanut butter very early so now it's sort of a turn off. Theres been a container sitting in the cupboard for the longest time which would never happen pre-surgery.

Hi Scott, I did too as well as protein powder and now I can hardly make myself do either one. This was my best help at that time though. I'm 12 years out and have maintained an 80lb weight loss but I need to get to my goal weight, which only lasted 2 years. Any ideas?
