that's too bad about the peanuts Hillary but having the chicken was a win. I am surprised you didn't just eat a bigger serving of chicken and keep the nuts out of your menu.

You can do this, don't get discouraged and back at it for day 4! Hope your therapy went well!

Morning day 3'ers!!!!!! I'm feeling pretty normal and like I could do this another week. I think because I pretty much eat like this anyway. I have been a protein bar queen in the recent weeks ( heck months) though so I guess I am missing those. Though maybe I should take this week off as a goodbye to them. I know they're not always a good everyday choice. We shall see! But for today..... MEAT MEAT MEAT! Have a great day ya'll!!

Me too (with protein bars)! They have been my "dessert". This is a good opportunity to break that habit.

Yup. I get too dependent on protein bars too. They are quick and easy when I'm lazy. AMAW is a good way to break that cycle.

Awesome that this feels "normal" to your Kurr! And go for it, do it another week, why not? I am glad you have been able to keep the protein bars at bay for the last 3 days, that's a huge win for sure! I am not a fan of protein bars but that's because they are a trigger food for me and I would start to eat them more as meals instead of an emergency type food. So pretty impressed you did that. You are doing awesome and day 3 done and on to day 4! Keep up the great work!

Every time you talk yourself out of eating off your plan is a huge success. I feel like I need a hostage negotiator to talk me down -- especially if there are peanuts in the vicinity....

I always say I play 'good cop- bad cop' in my head. If things really get bad, I jump on the trampoline for 45 minutes while watching an episode of 'My 600lb Life' ... that snaps me back into reality- Yes - that could be you!
