Accountability I stayed on plan even though i wanted to eat last night. I knew i be accountability today. Calories 1315 carbs 70 protein 158
B bacon and sausage egg muffins and string cheese

S rest of protein shake from coffee, greek yogurt and cutie orange

Hello everyone, I had an appointment with my surgeons PA today and she was very very happy with my weight loss progress. She asked what I was doing to have just great results and I told her"protein baby!" She laughed and said she wasn't going to fight me about my carb intake this time. I politely said good cause I wasn't changing my plan.
Ths is a pic of a cheese a tray that I made for a perky at work a few months nuts ago.
Accountability: I stayed on plan yesterday with no changes.
B: 2eggs, turkey breakfast sausage, 1/2 slice of cheese
L: 3 oz turkey breast
S: 1/2 oz prosciutto di Parma, 1 1/2 oz turkey breast
D: Either shrimp and clams on the 1/2 shell or meat, 2 fork fuls of broccoli rabe

First, Happy Birthday Fellow Geminis!
My plans for the weekend include laundry and cleaning up/recycling paper. I've got paper all over my house that needs to be recycled. My son brought all his school work home and I need to recycle that also.
ACCOUNTABILITY: I did add meatballs and yogurt for a 10 pm snack--I didn't have any junk so I am pleased.
Today's menu is up in the air because I didn't bring anything from home:
M1: Decaf tea & decaf coffee with vanilla protein shake
M2: 4 meatballs, 1 slice bacon and light & fit greek yogurt
