Of course, par far for the course lately....I'm late to the party again!

QOTD: OH is everything to me. It helps me on journey of becoming a healthier me. Helps to hold me accountable, helps give me much needed knowledge, helps to let me know when I'm going off track by people who truly care about me, it helps me to realize what my food plan needs to be post WLS and realize that my NUT is wrong when it comes to consuming carbs. It's also given friendships that will last a lifetime.
Accountability: I stayed on plan yesterday.
