What's on your menu today (Wednesday) RNYers?
LOL! I need to sort through my drawers too - I think there is some Iron Maiden shapewear hiding in mine too!

QOTD: I currently live in jeans (casual office), so I don't worry too much about VPL, but I used to work as a bank teller which required more business professional attire. I had a whole bunch of seamless hipster panties that never showed panty lines! I don't remember what brand they were, but they were my favorite skivvies.
Accountability: birthday cupcake! It was way too much frosting, so I scraped about half of it off. There were real strawberry chunks in the cake. DH took a finger swipe of my discarded frosting. This time next year I should be in weight-loss stage, so it will be quite a while before I visit the fancy cupcake place :)
breakfast: 2 eggs, 1 oz of ham, 1 slice of cheese, scrambled
lunch: 3.5 oz leftover pork cheek, 1/2 C yellow squash
snack: Greek L&F
dinner: not sure yet, either chicken breast or hamburger patty with cheese.
Have a great hump day!

Howdy everyone,
QOTD: The only productive things I did this summer are have surgery and take my son to Alaska for 11 days pre surgery. And I have a Venus fly trap that was given to me and my husband as a wedding gift that is thriving quite well. I give it one or two ants to subsidize what it catches on its own. :) havent killed it so that is an awesome accomplishment
So yesterday I went scouting new product at Trader Joes. Picked up some salmon burgers, and the seafood mix and picked all the scallops out last night for dinner with green beans. 2 oz of each. YUM! I found if I stick it in my toaster oven convection turbo that even the calamari was tender as can be and not rubbery. I did chew one to a pulp as a test to see if I could handle. This is not breaded squid and very low calories.!
So today:
protein syntrax mixed with plain isolate and coffee/vanilla almond milk 4 oz 125 calories 23 grams protein
probably two ounces salmon, maybe with a baby bel
turkey rollup for snack 2 oz
D: some kind of chicken or fish
Yogurt with cinammon and splenda
pushing to up my water from 64 to 75 a day. Its a process.....lol

Good morning!
Accountability- I ate my planned meals and snacks yesterday. I talked to my husband because I have been struggling over the past 2 weeks and trying things that are triggering for me. I am not even 8 months out and I have been scaring myself. Last week I ate several taco chips and ate battered chicken strips. I don't want or need my husband to police me, but it felt good to talk to him about my fears and discuss my plans going forward. I am excellent during the day. I eat my planned breakfast and lunch every day. The issue is dinner, we have been eating out so much and grabbing food on the way home from work. I have access to many healthy choices, and I know what I need to do. Luckily, my home is a safe zone-I don't keep anything that is triggering for me at home. I am going to go back to basics for the next week to give myself some safe mental space for a few days.
QOTD: I am 40 and I have never, ever worn any underwear besides granny panties you buy in plastic packs at walmart/target. I'm down 106 pounds and bought new underwear for the first time this weekend, I've been wearing the same ones since surgery and they've gotten a little bit saggy. I still bought granny panties, but they are in a smaller size.
B-Premier protein shake
S-String cheese
L-Left over teriyaki chicken/veg
D-unsure but it will be meat/veg
You know this, so I will not beat you up for it. Stay away from trigger foods and if eating out, take the lead, research and make the decision as to where you will grab food from. I have to stay away from sweets, I will not go into the quick stops for coffee as they all have baked goods next to the coffee, I do not go by the bakery or sweet aisle in the store. I am not as tempted at almost three years post op, but still make sure I do not introduce the sweets into my life...besides..I am sweet enough...LOL
