I think you do, Liz. Most definitely! Best coffee maker ever! You can do several different brews all with the push of a button. I like my lattes better than SB note that over figured out the ratio!

Good morning! We have company this weekend and I am struggling to find an afternoon activity. This is a super busy weekend here as there is a big road race tomorrow and everything is booked. I can find morning activities and I already have a reservation for dinner, but I'm not sure about the afternoon (as the things I thought of are booked or too late). Maybe beach (not sure if he is a beach guy) as the weather looks like it will be okay this afternoon (wasn't supposed to be originally)?
QOTD: I have gadgets which make prep easier as cooking isn't high on my list of favorite things to do. I do have a spiralizer (manual one). It works well enough for me. I also got an IP this year which I do like to use in the winter (but it has been tucked away for the last couple of months).
16.5 months post-op, 8.5 months in maintenance, 73 work days to retirement.
B: eggbeaters and cottage cheese
L: Emiepie's egg salad
D: 1/2 cheeseburger and veggies
S: charcuterie (gong out to dinner at DS restaurant and he likes to bring one to us when we are there)

Quick post as I'm getting ready to leave for a cowboy shoot. QOTD not much of a gadgets person but do love my spiraling and of course my Keurig! Accountability was good with no extra bites. Post op 4 years 11.75 months and weight at 119 today. Lily and I have our 3.6 miles in early and will do another mile after supper. Here's the food plan for maintenance today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 31/2 oz hot dog and small sliced tomatoes D undecided as we're going out with the in laws but it will be protein--maybe Fish? S 5 oz Greek yogurt with 1 T granola. Have a great day everyone and make some smart choices that move you one step closer to your goal!
Good Morning Insert Fitness and Menu Family!
My brother and his family are here from Virginia to see the Solar Eclipse. I haven't seen them in several years so I'm excited to get to see them. (His wife took the picture).
QOTD: I'm not much of a cook. I have a manual spiralizer but don't use it much. I love my George Foreman grill (if that can be called a gadget), and of course, my coffee maker.
Accountability: Yesterday I went out for dinner with my brother and his family and I had Kung Pao Chicken, which by itself probably wasn't bad, but I also had some fried rice, so my calories and carbs are high today. Protein - 81, Calories - 1,245, Carbs - 83.
B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks
L: hamburger & melted cheese
D: may go out to eat with brother & family again so not sure, but will choose protein forward.
S: light & fit Greek yogurt, prosciutto & mozzarella sticks
E: Walking the dogs around the subdivision
Have a FANTASTIC day everyone!
~ Karen
