What's on your New Year's Day menu RNY'ers?

I didn't post an answer today. I meant to but got sidetracked after I replied to a post.

QOTD- I'm so thankful for my family most of all, for my real life friends who are like family to me and for my faith. And I'm so thankful for the menu thread and all the encouragement and support on here.

Accountability was bad again but I'm 100% back on track tomorrow.

We went to my sister's last night and welcomed in 2018 with my dad and her family. It was great! Today we had a relaxing day at my in-laws. Very glad I took tomorrow off work. I'm going to be putting away the Christmas decorations and reorganizing my kitchen. As I mentioned, I signed up to be a Pampered Chef consultant and will be doing some cooking videos so I need to make sure my kitchen is set up accordingly.
