Oohh! Those sound great! I was only thinking about like roast beef or pork with broth and it didn't seem appealing. The egg salad sounds amazing!

I really think it varies person to person and meal by meal. One day you'll be able to eat in 20 minutes no problem, the next day it will take 40 minutes.

That being said, my team suggests that every meal last just around 20-25 minutes. They suggest eating every bite slowly and intentionally. Anything you don't finish at the 25 minute mark, you don't need. But all meals should be eaten slow enough that they do last 20 minutes.

So I literally set a timer for 20 minutes at the start of every meal. I've found that it helps me to feel full when I slow down,a nd keeps me from grazing!

Thank you! I'm happy I went through with the surgery, despite a few moments of panic in pre-op lol. Appreciate the feedback on timing, I have been setting a timer on my phone too.
