Never has refried beans tasted so good!

Finally I got to eat real food after 11 days of liquids. I warmed 1/2 oz of beans and indulged in pure pleasure. I can't wait for the cottage cheese I get for dinner!

My first purée was a scrambled egg...I took 3 meals to get it down and it was the best egg ever.

They were also my first meal, and delicious. Add a little shredded cheese and warm it one day and it makes it even more delish on a day you want a little variety.

Good old Taco Bell Pintos and Cheese. I swear it was manna from heaven.

I remember feeling that way too! I loved ricotta cheese (I believe I used part skim or low fat) with ground up beef or chicken (put in Magic bullet to make it extra ground up) with some marinara sauce and little motts. cheese melted on as well! Felt like gourmet Italian food after liquid phase!

I couldn't have real meat quite yet but I did something similar and made Eggface's Ricotta Bake!

I remember putting everything through my magic Bullet once I was off liquid and onto the next stage. Maybe the meat was a couple weeks out from this point from where OP is at even if I was grinding up in the magic Bullet. Thanks.

I just had some the other day with melted cheese and a bit of salsa. Fantastic! I keep forgetting that refried beans are on the plan and it was a nice change of pace.
