Hi everyone, Happy PHOTO FRIDAY! Sorry I was MIA yesterday, I had a nasty migraine and I don't want to talk about it. Thank you Hillary for doing the thread!

Its Photo Friday and I said let's all post a pic of us doing some kind of outdoor activity and can be when you were pre op or post op.

Accountability: hardly ate yesterday to the migraine pain so totally on plan

QOTD: What is your guilty pleasure when it comes to TV watching. Are you addicted to Food Network? Do you love your Soap Operas? Are you addicted to American's Got Talent? Or maybe you love all the "House Wives of Atlanta, NYC etc." Me, I LOVE anything true crime. I am addicted to "The First 48 Hours," and "Forensic Files." I am so fascinated with the criminal mind. How they can lie and try to manipulate the Detectives blows my mind or how the killers figure they can get away with these horrific crimes.

Good morning Daisy and menu folks. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend. I was down this morning and am at 207.6Lbs, 12.6 lbs to goal. I am pleased with the progress I am making. Simple decisions have made this process so much easier and another key is the amount of water I am drinking, I had at least 110 oz yesterday, I think is directly related to the scale movement.

QOTD - really into Ray Donovan right now, have been watching an episode or two an evening and am now only 4 episodes from the end of season 6, show kind of reminds me of The Sopranos with the violence and family drama. I am going to move on to shameless when I am caught up. I like The first 48 and saw an ad recently for a new show, I think called Homicide Atlanta?

B- Scrambled eggs and cheese

L - Salami and Cheese

S - Salami roll

S - Ham roll

D - Ricotta bake with added burger and sausage

E - Night off , may run on treadmill at home

207.6 lbs this morning , 12.6 lbs to goal weight of 195 lbs.

Stay Healthy my Friends, Mike

HIking looks like a lot of fun. I'm not a hiker but maybe I should give it a try! Great pics.

Hiking is a great way to exercise and see the great outdoors, where I hike you do not hear or see any signs of civilization, ( other than hikers), the climb down is what kills my legs the most....

Great pics! Ray Donovan is great. This last season is even darker than usual. Shameless is also great. Crazy, but great.

Happy Friday menu folks! It snowed again last night just enough to cause us to have a 2-hour delay. So excited about that. I won't leave the house until after 9 this morning. I see an extra cup of coffee in my near future!

QOTD: While I am in love with Ray Donovan and Outlander, we watch a lot of Food Network (Chopped) and HGTV. I especially like the shows that flip old houses and makes them look absolutely stunning along with Beach Front Bargain Hunt.

TSS: 1 year and almost 1 month and currently sitting at 159 pounds.

B: PP chocolate shake

MS: hard boiled egg

L: Amylu mozzarella and red pepper chicken burger

AS: cheese stick and clementine

D: Chicken with a chipotle salad (it's a mix in a bag)

At least 100+ ounces of water and all vitamins

Exercise: planks for the challenge I am in

My picture doesn't really show me doing an activity but last weekend my DH and I shoveled our driveway after the snow instead of using the tractor. If you look closely you can see the shovel marks. I was really taking a picture of our beautiful small trees on one side of our yard. We have these trees on three sides of our house to act as a natural fence and they are just gorgeous.
