At my local grocery store, safeway. They are in the frozen section with all the other enchilada boxes. The line is called Real Good.

Luckily Walmart started carrying them in my area. I used to get them at Vitamin Shoppe but they are bit more there.

good morning everyone.

The weekend was nice and relaxing, but we did not get our taxes done like I wanted to...We are likely going to have to do it Tuesday night when DH is home, after Story goes to bed. I did manage to get all of my Jessica Jones costume pieces for C2E2 coming up this Saturday and I am pretty excited about it. I think it's going to look pretty legit. This is my first real cosplay event so I am definitely looking forward to it. I think Story is going to love seeing all the superheros too!
She has got another cold now, and she tends to swallow a lot of mucous when she gets colds, which in turn makes her stomach hurt and she ends up throwing up...so that was yesterday. I really wish there was something I could give her for the congestion and mucous but there is nothing out there that is labeled safe for children under 6 years old. It's heartbreaking to hear her cry in the middle of the night because she can't breathe through her nose. vicks vapo rub and children's motrin are about as good as it gets.

Morning: giant thermos of coffee w/ 1/2 PP caramel as creamer
B: 1 HB egg, 1/4C cottage cheese & a kiwi
L: curry chicken meatballs w/onion, tomato, poblano & cauliflower rice

D: last of the Parmesan Turkey italian sausage/spaghetti squash

the scale started moving again, so that's good...lost the 2lbs I gained on vacation plus 2 more! yay!

Good Morning! I am so happy everything is going so well with Max!!! I know he will be spoiled rotten.

Family drama is soaking up my time these days! You don't want to know!

So planning is a great idea right now so I'm at least getting a little mindful along the way...

B: Atkins protein shake

L: Our big meal of the day today. We are going to a Mexican fusion place and I know their menu a bit. I can get some grilled chicken and pico, with a salad. Maybe a little guacamole.

D: Likely some leftovers from lunch!

Snack if I need one: a fat free yogurt (yes I know Greek is better but I have a couple to use up!) or 2 cheese sticks.

Family drama sucks, I am sorry!

Reading about your lunch made me think about Sagebrush Cantina in Lake Orion! Do you ever go there? It's my FAVORITE restaurant in Michigan (well, it's tied with La Shish for Middle Eastern). Their salsa is to die for. But I always have chips so it's not a great choice, but once every year or so, if I am back home, I go there.

Way to be mindful with your menu! I know it's tough. Even five years later, I sometimes mistakenly turn to food for comfort. It's NOT comfort, and gaining weight certainly isn't comfortable. Will I ever learn?

Good morning all~ I had an awesome productive and fun weekend! After a massive goodwill drop, a dump run and a ton of work, the garage is done! Now I can actually use the beautiful potting table my brother built for me - I should say my boys can use the potting table...they are more excited about it than I am for outdoor plants. Maybe there is hope for my house plants yet. I used to be so good with them but lately not so much. Here's hoping!

Accountability - St. Patrick day was celebrated with a 1/4 of homemade Reuben sandwich, a few salt and vinegar potato chips and an Irish coffee, no green beer for me though. It was good, but I would have been totally happy with Reuben in a bowl. I forget how much my tastes have changed. I over indulged on protein bars this weekend big time -I really need to stop looking at them them at all cuz that leads to buying and eating. The whole protein ice cream obsession thing sent me down a rabbit hole at GNC/Vitamin Shoppe w/protein chips, cookies, bars and powders, but I am DONE.
