Whats on your Sunday menu RNYers?

I just want to say that I am hooked on that ricotta bake now!!! It's so delicious! I added a little bit of lean ground beef and some shiitake mushrooms this time and wow so good and filling! Makes me think I'm eating lasagna...just without the noodles!
