Post Full Liquid Diet ideas please!!
I had my revision from Lap Band on 7/25 and getting so tired of eating yogurt, jello, and cream of chicken. I don't feel satisfied and it's driving me crazy!
Would love to get any ideas on additional food I can eat in this phase because I'm going crazy!!
I assume you're also doing protein shakes? If not, where are you getting your protein from?
Full liquid phase won't fulfillyour desire for 'food' cause your limited to liquids. My feeling- just power through.
