What can I say?!?! There have been good days, there have been bad days, there have been good choices, there have been not-so-good choices but one thing I'm certain of is that I will always be a work in progress on this journey. I'm thankful to everyone here who provide support, encouragement and friendship.

The phrase "as cute as a button" actually doesn't refer to the buttons that are affixed to clothing. The type of button in question is the Bachelor Button flower. The phrase originated in England as term of endearment for children, and the thought was that since the children were diminutive, they were comparable to the buds on the Bachelor Button and hence "as cute as a button".
