Now that's exactly what you need--rest,cuddles and anything that relaxes and soothes you. Knitting and reading are my ways to relax. And of course cuddles with Miss Lily!

180 oz of water a day... be aware there is such a thing as overhydration and it can be the cause of serious health issues due to loss of proper electrolyte balance. An appropriate and safe goal depends on your weight and activity level as well as your unique makeup. Wishing you health, joy and your heart's desires.

 TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal!  BMI from 55.6  supermorbidly obese to 23.6  normal!!!!
