Morning everyone! We had the best day yesterday, but I have to make it short this morning. We got home at midnight, and I have to be out the door before 6am. I'lll post all my pics, though :)

This year was the 10th anniversary so the wheel of cheese was 1000 lbs this year! Giant! Here is 250 lbs being wrapped up in Saran Wrap.

CHEEEEEEEESE. It's so delicious--like a mild Swiss. They walk around with trays of samples.

QOTD: Do you like musicals? I love them! Grim says he doesn't like them, but I keep dragging him to shows and I think he has liked them all so far. Annie was excellent--the cast was great, especially Sally Struthers as Miss Hannigan. Hard to believe she is 72--she was a great dancer!

6'3" tall, male. Maintaining a loss of 280 pounds.

Highest weight was 475. Consult weight 04/12 was 411. RNY on 08/21/12 at 359 lbs. Current weight 195.

Happy Friday all! I think I was too early yesterday as there was no menu thread started when I got up so didn't get to post. Lol. I am so glad today is Friday. Yesterday was extremely busy at work and I had to leave early to get my mri done. I hate those things although this time I about fell asleep while in there. I think I was just so exhausted.

QOTD: I don't mind musicals. They aren't my favorite thing, but I don't dislike them. Lol

Oh no worries!! It was no big deal. I'm not really good at coming up with the QOTD anyway. Not that creative. Haha. You do such a good job of it so I'll leave it to the professionals!

qotd - I love musicals! My grandpa used to watch all the old ones on VHS and I would watch with him. Les Miz was the first I saw live, and my favorites are Avenue Q, Wicked and I recently saw Six and hoping to see it again.

accounability yesterday was good and I did two routines on my new equipment - a walk across the Golden Gate Bridge and a walk along a bay in New Zealand, it wasn't quite a half hour so then I just did 4 laps of elliptical with step intervals. I know some of you do an hour or more on the elliptical, I'm going to work up to that!
