This party sounds amazing. Sometimes I think if I could pick one time to not be restricted and be able to eat like old times this is definitely one event I would be eating at. However since this is not possible enjoy the wine and have a safe trip home.

I like your meme. Posting the pic of the gingerbread house my sister and I decorated last night. Construction Tip: do not use icing for the mortar to hold your walls together- use caramel. Melted sugar. Hardens almost instantly. Dip edges in and then connect.

O****upational hazard- Since working at GNC I have been staying away from Bars. Too tempting when you are staring them down all day. They have these new versions of their LeanBar ... sooo good. Very rich but satisfying. Decadent treat.

Eats:

Greek yogurt and blueberries
Salad and Protein
Roasted Turkey and Roasted veggies

Have Christmas Parties the next three nights. Wheeeee!

ex: maybe. Tis the season for too much stuff to do.

hi all- well it SNOWED yesterday and last night - not in N GA on mountain but in Chattanooga. The schools are delayed this morning so I'm WFH first part then driving once its above freezing.

my accountability was crap yesterday- there were tastes of many sugar snacks and corn casserole, dry turkey and yummy ham. today is a new day... didn't make it to the gym came home instead since we didn't know what the weather was doing.

food plan today

lots of water

coffee

chicken/veggies

protein pancakes?

not sure on dinner yet

GYM!!!
