Oh Sheila! It's also so stressful and being a world away probably makes it worse.

My colleagues that are all under the lockdowns in Europe have been comparing notes on our calls - Italy and France seem to be the most strict, it seems. Hopefully that will help turn the corner faster.

I have read that they are not testing medical personnel here either - because if they tested positive, they'd be quarantined so better to not know. Oh the other hand, we're testing next to no one it seems so we're all in the same boat.

Oh Sheila! I don't blame you! I am so sorry. You must be mad, worried, scared, etc. Come here and vent to us anytime.

I feel so bad for your two US seniors too (senior in high school and senior in college). What a terrible, memorable (in a bad way) anti-climactic end to an era...

I read somewhere that 9/11 babies now have the corona graduation to deal with. I was 5 months pregnant with DS when 9/11 happened. But I guess a lot of 2020 grads are from the second half of 2001.
This too shall pass. What can you do?

Hey everyone. On the 20th day of this week...

I am so exhausted. I slept so poorly and had a lot of pain. Last night out of the blue I had to throw up. I hadn't eaten anything in a few hours then drank some water and it came right back up. Fun fun. Really helped with the acid.

then they confirmed two cases of the Coronavirus here in my town last night. Yippee! I'm so worried about the world. Italy is kind of close to my heart. My grandpa was there for almost the entire war in WW2 and he took all sorts pictures there. It just makes me sad and worried. It's scary as heck. I'm worried for humanity.

qotd:I live in a bit of all of it. I have regrets I tend to relive but I'm getting better with it. I'm worst at the present for sure.

food has been a disaster already...super stressed eating.
