What's on your Saturday menu?
Good morning everyone. I hope that you have a wonderful weekend ahead!
I've got no big plans for the weekend. I need to get some ink for our printer so I can print some stuff for my evaluation Monday morning. It's for a clearance for my spinal cord stimulator stuff. Hoping I can pass it but I'm not overly stressed about it...at the moment anyway. Last night I had a few panic attacks over it. Sometimes I love the way my mind works but mostly I don't care for it LOL.
QOTD: What fictional character do you wish you could meet? Captain America! Only if he was Chris Evans though. Hahahaha.
B: Ju.st egg, GF toast, plant based butter and coffee...oh and a tiny bit of salsa verde
L: thinking chicken breast chunks or some enchiladas...
S: popcorn, fruit or applesauce and maybe a chicken sausage.

Made 8 servings of chicken tortillaless soup yesterday so apparently I have to eat that.

I'm going to do a livestream Zumba class at 9:00 this morning (from my gym - I just do online classes these days) and pick up some meds for one of my cats at the vet's office, but...that's it on the agenda. We're going to get together with my MIL either tonight or tomorrow night for take out since it's been awhile. Otherwise, a quiet weekend. I need to finish cleaning my shower and sealing the grout - will probably do that this weekend, too, since DH started working on it a few days ago....I need to fini**** up before too long or I'll end up repeating all the work he did. UGH.
weight is heading downward, thank God. Hopefully I won't blow it this weekend with that take out dinner. I wish I didn't have to account for every single bite that goes into my mouth, but that's life post-WLS...
QOTD: my brain hasn't turned on yet this morning - I'll give it some thought and come back later to update
B: plain Greek yogurt with blueberry sauce, coffee with half & half
MS: pumpkin Fit Frappe
L: 1-2 Costco chicken skewers, "power" salad with light Asian dressing
AS: protein muffin, maybe a L&F (but not if we do take out for dinner...)
D: if no take out, then 1/2 a Beyond Burger on 1/2 a slim bun, small sweet potato (if take out, then something safe. If we go to the place I think we'll go to, I'll get the grilled fish tacos...)

Good Saturday morning all! No real plans for today. Just gonna chill at home I think. I'm way too cold to go anywhere. Accountability was ok yesterday. Got a bit snacky last night, but still managed not to go over my calories by much. I just need to shed these extra pounds. I feel so icky and bloated and I haven't had a bm in days. (Sorry if tmi) So I think that may have something to do with it. I do have some Miralax that I'll probably bring out to see if that helps.

Good morning! From sunny Mesa AZ. Yesterday was a very relaxing day. Dog park. Grocery store. Card games. Big Pan of chili made for today and roasted a chicken for dinner last night. Ended the night by watching Greyhound. So intense!! I did really well on calories but got zero exercise.

D: Mongolian beef! And cauliflower "fried" rice.
