Please Tell Me About Your Experience

Man, I really lost track of this group. I was originally scheduled for surgery in November of last year, but ended up needing to reschedule to this past January. I go for my 3 month post op appointment next week and have only lost about 45lbs. A nice start, but I've had complications (mostly with food itself, but also still physically limited because of the arthritis), so I'm not beating myself up over it. Thank you for the encouraging feedback!
