What's on your Wednesday Menu?

Yo yo kids! How was everyone's fake Monday? Mine was surprisingly good. First, I made a last minute decision not to go in to the office and by the end of the day it actually got nice enough to sit outside. Plus my end of year evaluation got postponed (I wasn't nervous about it, it was just nice to have that hour back!), and I got through a huge to-do list. Whee! All good stuff.

QOTD: You have one month + as much money as you need, and can go absolutely anywhere on earth... but the catch is that you have to go alone and you have to stay in the same place you pick for the entire month. Where are you going? I have no idea why I ask questions that I struggle to answer myself, haha. But since I am going alone I want to go somewhere with spectacular museums and very walkable, so I think I am leaning towards a month in London. Close runners up are: NYC, Paris, Amsterdam, or Mexico City--all for the same reasons. I guess I need a year?

I really killed it with the (c)AMAW yesterday! I think the detoxing is really working because I really didn't have any cravings for carbs today (I mean the brownies were still whispering to me, but not yelling, so that was good!). I was also completely satisfied by my mid-day snack and never even made lunch. I ended the day at 660 calories and 8 carbs (I added milk to my coffee again but no regrets!).

  • Maintenance Weight: 120 (2017-2019)

Good morning! Happy mid-week and my fake Monday. I am not looking forward to it but I do think the email backlog should be minimal; a lot of people took this week as vacation it seems.

QOTD- Prague, Edinburgh, London, Sydney, Copenhagen, NYC, Paris, Chicago, Quebec, Cairo in that order. Really, I could go anywhere as long as there are places to wander. I could be fine in a cabin in Montana too for the month, as long as I could bring a bookcase full of books and my kindle.

Accountability - I exchanged my breakfast and dinner pork products lunch and dinner for a linner cheddar and almonds.

Menu today -

Coffee + half and half X 3

3 Maple breakfast sausage links

small slice Ricotta cheesecake

slow cooker lemon butter chicken

Ex - rowing machine and round of pushups and sit ups

I have not been to Cairo, Quebec, Paris or Copenhagen. Always good to have a mix of old and new places:-)

I've been to Montreal and Quebec City. Both are amazing.

 Height: 5'7".  HW: 299, Program starting weight: 290, SW: 238, CW 138 - 12 pounds under goal!
