Hat story reminds me when I lost my orange M&M visor. I was livid. Thought that I left it at the tanning salon and someone confiscated it. I was sure that was the last place I had it. A year later I pulled out the suitcase and found it in one of the front zip pockets. Opps my bad.

Great pics! I'm interested to hear how the chicken salad turns out. I've only tried making a Greek yogurt version once. It was not my favorite.

G'morning all!

Safe travels today, Jen. Nothing better than sleeping in your own bed. Love the purple flowers/purple pug(?) pic

Plans for the weekend : my last Sat alone (hubs still surfing in Nicaragua till Sun) so I'll be enjoying my alone time. Sun getting together with a couple of friends for a bday celebration. Planning on a beach walk/hike at Davenport and the famous shark fin rock. Then we drive to Half Moon Bay for a late lunch, and walk/shop at all the little cute stores in town. Coffee and cake to follow the shopping. By the time I get home on Sun DH should be home too.

QOTD: just 2 weeks ago in DC, checked out really early (4:00 am). Was waiting in the lobby for my Uber to the airport, figured I had time to put my makeup on, realized I left my whole makeup bag in the bathroom. They had to re-issue the room key and I ran back to the room to get it before my Uber showed up. No excuses, the makeup bag was sitting on the bathroom counter. How did I not check the bathroom before I left?

My pic is of two ducks who are the bane of Luna's existence. On our daily walk she sees them resting on the lawn but when she runs towards them they fly just a lit bit farther on the rocks in the pond. Then Luna paces back and forth on the periphery of the pond barking/grumbling under her breath. She looks so funny as if saying this is my park and you two are not allowed here. But the ducks very cooly and safely stare back at her from the pond.
