Suddenly uranium sounds delicious!

Good Monday Morning! Well, my syllabi dropped a day early, so I guess I am going to start back to school today instead of tomorrow. I have a feeling that this is going to be my most challenging semester, so I might as well take the head start. Classes are Legal Issues in HR, and Statistics. It's been a minute since I have taken a college level math class and I am nervous about it! And the Legal issues class looks like a ton of reading and twice as many papers as a typical class. Time to get going!

QOTD: What is the last thing you did as a community volunteer? As a school employee I was constantly volunteering for community events, but I realized the other day that I really haven't done anything since leaving work. I need to find something to do!

Good Morning everyone,

I haven't posted or followed here in a very long time....thinking almost 4 years.

I will be having my 7 year anniversary of my surgery in May. I have had my ups and downs but have really been focusing on eating healthy and staying on track.

I workout 6 days a week on Aeropilates machine rotating strength and cardio every other day.

Morning: 4 Nutracelle egg muffins..200 calories

Lunch: not sure yet

Dinner: 4 oz roasted turkey, green beans

That is all I know for sure for meals today.
