What's on your Tuesday Menu, Valentines?
I was thinking that - or low blood sugar. Mine tends to run on the low end of the range anyway, and I started dealing with RH when I was a couple years post-op. Rarely have issues with it anymore since I eat protein every three hours or so. Since I'd woken up just prior to this, it could have been salt - or low glucose - or lack of fluids. Any of the above. At any rate, I decided to swap my breakfast with my morning snack - so I had a protein shake and topped it with whipped cream (I don't normally top them with whipped cream, but it has real sugar in it). The problem seems to have resolved - but I'm not sure if that was because of the fluids or the sugar. Or if it just resolved on its own. I'll monitor it...

I used to get very dizzy nauseated first thing am. And for me it was partial dehydration due to loss of water overnight. Very clearly visible - I would weigh myself before bed, then first thing am - 1.5 - 2lb was all water loss. Check that.
To fix it when I'm eating mostly keto -low carb, was to get some electrolytes with sodium before bed. Muscle cramps, dizziness, feeling light headed resolved. If I only remember to drink that... its really critical for my bdy when I eat clean keto.

Good Morning! JB- enjoy the movie and popcorn. So my physical therapist allowed me to slowly jog without holding on last night. It was only a few minutes but was a reminder that my cardio also needs time to recondition. My ankle is sore this morning but I'm not sure if it's the jogging or other exercises. I know it's going to take awhile longer to build back strength.
QOTD: We don't have anything planned this year.
