Aww...maybe it is a sign! I wouldn't think doggos like that come up for adoption very often. Maybe she's more of a buddy for walks than the Yog was! I'm am shameless in admitting that mine help keep me active. Can't be a couch potato when dogs need steps! And love.

Good morning - Those cookies are so beautiful!! We got some snow in the area yesterday. The snow capped mountains were so pretty. I slept in today until 6:30 - it was glorious. It's supposed to rain all the rain there ever was today through tomorrow. I'm glad to be home. My colonoscopy is at 3 today and I'm looking forward to food after! This clear liquid diet has me thinking about the pre and post op diet which sounds amazing compared to clear. I watched Rob eat a crouton yesterday and I was jealous. I am missing coffee with cream the more than food right now, black coffee is not the same. Speaking of coffee, it will have to be decaf post op for a while. Anyway, I am willing to do whatever it takes. Closing in on 3 weeks of no alcohol. I'm feeling better, clearer, and sleeping much better. Not much planned this weekend due to the weather, but who knows. Rob wants to go bowling. I'd love to see Antman w/the kiddo but I think I've missed a movie or two and I'll need to catch up first.

I never went back to caffeinated. I will have it now if there is no decaf, but I try not to get back to where I will have headaches if I quit.

Huh, really? I could use less headaches, that's for sure!

I had to be off all coffee for 5 weeks and by that point I just thought why go back?

You know...I don't have the most refined palate and can't taste much difference in caffeinated and decaf coffee but boy...I can tell with tea. It's just...flat. like the flavor has been stripped out.

QOTD: I don't care for reality shows. I love Bake Off, but I don't really think of it as "reality tv." Probably because it's actually real. I don't have the talent to be a contestant, but I'd like to be the next Matt. I certainly have the talent for that.
