Crossing my legs was my favorite NSV. I was on the phone with a friend, and I looked down and started screaming she was like what is the matter? I was like I crossed my legs. She was not impressed but I surely was. Congratulations.

I was also extremely excited when I was able to cross my left leg over my right. I cursed my stupid right leg but said one day...

I so remember the day I looked down and realized my legs were crossed - I hadn't even noticed I'd crossed them until I looked at them. I'm sure it'd been at least 10 years since I'd been able to do that! That was one of the most exciting NSV's ever!

QOTD. There are extended family members that were OW or struggled to not be. I was a struggler from about the age of six. I managed to stay within 15 or 20 pounds of ideal until 30. In spite of continually dieting it just kept going up after some short lived success. In 1960 era very few were even just over weight so I stood out. So definitely genetics were at play.

My IRobot came yesterday, it was a gift from my sister. I have just finished unloading it. Now to go download the app. I would name it Rosie after the robot maid from the Jetsons cartoon we watched in the 60's but my sister snagged that name. I do have someone that comes and cleans, it is my guilty pleasure. I hate housework, so this IRobot is going to help out. It's hard to believe that I never had one.

Although I am off today there is nothing planned other than laundry and a trip to the store. And a 2:00 appt for B12 shot at my oncologist. I still have 6 month visits although he thinks I am cured. The chemo I had can cause another blood cancer uso they watch for that, they do extensive blood work each time. They have an on-site lab so the results are in hand when you see the doctor 20 min later.

Menu. Oranges, eggs, spaghetti, veggies and maybe hamburgers for dinner?

I have seen videos of 1960's school gym classes and it's crazy how thin everyone was.
