Hello everyone

Good day with work and my therapist was in fine form. Mental health reasonably in check!

QoTD: I heard It's Like That by Mariah Carey in a store the other day and it was the first time I'd heard it in a few years and the opening keeps replaying in my head as does the chorus. I like the song though, must be good for the old Mental health haha

Have a wonderful day all!

Good morning and happy hump day! I am astounded that it's only Wednesday!

Very long day ahead today at work, plus a rowing session and an elliptical session to get in; yesterday, I managed both plus a short weights series so I felt very accomplished. I might add one of the Nike yoga sessions in tonight to keep that accomplished feeling going. I also need to fold the clean laundry. Othwerwise nothing on the agenda which is kind of nice!

QOTD - Wait For It from Hamilton, such a great song

menu today

coffee plus half and half x3

PB English muffin

pastrami and cheese

L&F greek

Have a great day everyone!

How long do you workout each day? Your workout schedule sounds like it must be lengthy.

Depends on the day - 30 minutes per day every day was my commitment to my program. Yesterday was 90 minutes and it was three sessions. The more you do, the more you can do.

Good morning.

QOTD: "I can buy myself flowers..." I heard that a while back and I can't get rid of that song.

And I do buy myself flowers. When I feel like it. Keith gets me flowers but our relationship is not defined by that. He takes care of my car, the cats and so many other things... that's more important to me than flowers. Plus with Keith allergies, flowers that I like really smell and Keith is allergic to them, so I seldom get them. And never during allergies season.

I think my jet lag is finally over. Wine helped going to sleep last 2 days. Today I'll try without it.

My sciatica is screaming at me. The left leg, from the knees to the ankle is on fire. Ugh.

And that with pain med and muscle relaxant. Ugh. I need to get on my inversion table, and see chiropractor today. I can't function like that. Ugh.

Full day at work today and then some. Very busy.

Eats:

Still following 20/4 hr IF.

Coffee, more coffee, tea, water, electrolytes

Chicken with some veggies

Cheese as a snack?

Good morning everyone and Happy Hump Day,

Glad you guys didn't end up with that much accumulation. We have a 50° winter reprieve in the next day or two.

B: Hard boiled egg, turkey bacon.

L: Rotisserie Chicken, avocado, onion, cilantro, salsa.

Good morning ~ I know my freezer is normally packed, so I imagine you have a extra freezer for all the dough! That is a great that you can freeze the dough and cookies and keep them fresh - genius! My dentist appt was rescheduled to next week due to weather which is fine, a reprieve. Work today and I'm meeting my sister for lunch. Not not much else going on - fine by me!

QOTD - It was More Than a Feeling until I read your jingle, now it's a mix of the two, haha

Accountability - Rob made chicken and stuffing casserole for dinner - only 2 bites of stuffing. Skipped my planned protein snacks so I'm not meeting my protein goal again. I need to pick up more savory protein snacks like the cheese crackers and BBQ Quest chips.

b- coffee, protein bar

l - larb or chicken curry no rice

d- leftover chicken casserole or eggs and ham

s- yogurt, jerky

Have a great day!

I make chicken and stuffing casserole all the time when I am doing meal train for people who needs meals. I cut the chicken up in cubes and coat it with melted butter and season salt. Then I throw on cheese stuffing and gravy. Ron and my mom love it so it is a nice treat for them when I am making dinner for a family in need. I serve it with Mashed potatoes and corn.
