Good Morning and happy Saturday!

I hope everyone has a Saturday that brings you what you need to recharge and relax! I woke up around 230 and started watching bbc news. I was just in time to see all the various religious leaders arriving at Westminster Abbey and it was lovely to see. The music has been beautiful and the Abbey is gorgeous...but the horses on parade are the best! The nice thing about the time difference between here and London is I will have all day to do my Saturday stuff!

I need to do some house cleaning, a little bit of yard clean up in the backyard, I also have to do my 2nd ifit work out for this weeks challenge, and hit Trader Joe's. It should be a good mix of activities for me!

I am so happy with the front yard plantings, I'll have some before and after pictures for Friday!

menu today (I was really tired yesterday, apparently! When I went to check what I had planned for breakfast, I realized I started the menu thread and forgot my menu!)

I am having some English breakfast tea instead of my coffee (but will probably have one of those too)

English muffin with PB

tatziki with veggies and naan

Jalapeno cheddar buffalo sausage

have a great day!

Happy Saturday! We are watching the coronation from downtown Cleveland. It seems fitting. My Queen is eating cold leftover chicken fingers from the ballgame. Ah, the majesty of the Crown.

We're driving back this morning, with a stop in Syracuse for another game. I'll be eating some manner of ballpark food. Then back on a regular routine tomorrow.

Mornin' All!

I was up at 3:30 CD****ching the festivities in the UK. I also made "coronation quiche" last night, so we'll have that for lunch today. My 4th cousin in Scotland posted (on FB) that he spent some time poking around on the BBC's Web site - he said there was a lot of interesting info about the coronation (and the history of coronations - and the symbolism). This may have been what he was referring to:

https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-65342840

I'll read through it later.

nothing else on the agenda today other than to continue working through my To Do list. It's going to rain off & on all day, so I'll probably go to the gym to get my exercise for the day.

B: protein shake, coffee with half & half, Wasa crackers

MS/L: coronation quiche, salad

AS: protein muffin

D: ?? Maybe just oatmeal topped with L&F creme brulee (bought the store out yesterday - because I'm afraid we won't see it again until next winter!!)

have a great day, all!

I just picked up a cookbook from the library that might be a good one for you cookbook book club. I'm looking forward to going through it - Tasting History.

Good morning ~ Can't wait to see your pics! I forgot about the coronation, it's on now. I love seeing kids - especially Charlotte. Camilla has some serious resting ***** face. Today, we are going to the park with the dogs, grocery shopping and having a mini southern BBQ. Rob will have bourbon and we'll watch/bet the races all day. It's always a good time.

I won't have my 1 month appt until almost 2 months out so Doc told me to go ahead and advance my diet at 4 weeks to regular as tolerated and to exercise - light the first week only. So that is Monday - it's on!

Accountability - good

b- coffee w/FLP, poached eggs

l/d falling off the bone baby back ribs

s- FLP

Have a wonderful day!
