I agree with her! I've never been able to sit through the movie again...and I've seen plenty of violent, gory movies since then. Amazing what 3/4 year old brain will do to you!

Nope. What I remember was his creepy red chest, the horrible noises being made, and the chase through the woods. I mean, this was at a time in my life that I was still scared of the dark myself, so...that combination plus super loud. I really never have seen the movie all the way through.

since the first movie with sound came out only 10 years before ("The Jazz Singer", I believe) - probably not that great. Plus I don't think they'd invented stereo sound by then (1939), either. And yep - (in reference to PP's comment), those sound thingies at drive-ins were HORRIBLE!!

Whoo-hooo, it's Thursday! Whoo-hoo, for getting back to normal pain and mobility wise, yay QJB. Loved the scholastic book fair, even when I didn't get anything, it started my life long obsession with visiting all the books, lol.

I am leading a town hall today at work that I actually prepped for, I usually put it all together morning of! Just some other meetings as well and the commute back and forth. Should be an easy day! I have got to get some rowing in before I head to the office and there's a new cardio pilates class I might do this afternoon once I get home.

QOTD - I would like to be able to teleport

menu today

coffee plus half and half X3

skyr

barebells, cheese stick and some pepperoni

falafel, tzatziki, pita and 3-cheese pepper dip

Have a great day!!
