7 pillows! I had no idea! 7 pillows and a weighted blanket - you really do sleep in a nest! Granted, for about 4 hours a night only, but still, it's a nest! I love it, now I want to jump on your bed.

My winter set up is on! Flannel sheets, weighted blanket, fleece blanket, knit blanket, comforter, plus the heated mattress pad is up to 7. I love my bed. I miss it when I travel.

I sleep with a sheet lol. Not even joking! I lay on a fitted sheet and use a sheet over top.

Good morning ~ Cookies and icing, I love busy work while listening to books it's great combo. Enjoy your lovely day! Yesterday, I was busier than a one armed paper hanger. I even went back to work after my vax+flu shots which by the way are kicking my ass. Getting up was rough today. I'm achy and my arms and especially my leg muscles are sore. What I wouldn't give for advil right now. Today I have a training off site in the morning and a dentist appt this afternoon. No real progress will get done today, but there is always tomorrow.

QOTD - I sleep with 2 down pillows that I arrange to be the right support for my neck/position. Poly and foam pillows tend to give me a headache. When I was down to my lowest weight, I needed a pillow between my knees also.

Accountability - perfect. 198 again today.
