Damn, that looks good. I don't understand the instructions though. It says cut to desired size. That sure looks like a single serve size to me.

hmm ... I'll have to look for that. I"m sure someone has it since it's made in Wisconsin (up in the northern part of the state, based on their area code - but still, some of the grocery stores down here should have it)

It looks a lot like the cheese bread from TJ. But I know you didn't like the TJ one.

Good morning! Well my body is has me in tune with DLS time without much effort, but my head wants to know where the sun is and why last night I was staving at 9 pm. Today should be much better. Excellent weekend was had. Unexpected visitors, amazing show MJ, great dinner with old friends, chores, Oppenheimer, Oscars. Ready to go for a new week.

Today is GYM! It is happening. There will be recumbent bike, treadmill and the weight machine circuit. Easing back into activity. My legs are much improved and I actually have some hours without pain. Staying the course my doc and I worked out. I did get a walk in yesterday, but it was with brown and black dog and really, a toddler can keep up with their pace. Walk, sniff, pee, sniff, pee again, walk two feet, repeat. Also I need gas and a carwash for our road trip baaaaaack to Paso Robles tomorrow and some snacks for the Airbnb.

QoTD: Seen lots, hope to see more. But my most striking moment remains walking into the Academia to see the David in Florence. The moment was not seeing the actual David, though he is a gorgeous piece of art, but the path you wander takes you past 6 or 8 Michelangelo works in progress. These huge blocks of marble have the beginnings of sculptures he was working on and I swear, you can just SEE the people crawling their way out of the stone. Just stunning.

Foods today

B: last of the branzino with something leftover to round it out. Maybe cottage cheese

L: leftover piece of Za'atar chicken on protein bread with a schmear of the whipped feta

D: Thai chicken and veggies over ****ake noodles with salty peanuts on top for crunch

Peace Everybody!

Have a great time back in Paso! Do you whip your own feta or is this it's own product?

I did whip it myself! It's 2 ounces of crumbled feta, 1 cup good zero fat greek yogurt, 1 teaspoon lemon rind, grated, 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt, pepper and 3 mint leaves thrown into the food processor. Oh man, it was great on a piece of protein bread with the last of the juicy chicken thigh on top!
