Finally Friday Menu

Good Friday Menuer's. Have a few things planned for the day. We are going to go see Irvin's uncle Frank who isn't doing very well. He had throat cancer a few years ago and it's come back. So we will go visit with him for a bit and then we have our anniversary dinner tonight. Not much else going on today.

The weekend is supposed to be cold with potential snow on Sunday. We'll be doing things inside. I have to finish cleaning the grow tent so I can start hanging some meat to cure. The portable A/C unit a co-worker gave me works pretty well so it should keep the tent at the right temp.

Good morning.

not much happening today. My mom had the idea to make cookies this week so I MADE cookies this week. I am tired but they are done. We'll be delivering some to my aunt and a cousin then a 2nd cousin. I made chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, oatmeal, peppermint sugar cookie and chocolate crinkle. Did I mention I'm tired? Lol. I also made two pans of fudge to doll out. I have had one piece of each fudge but more cookies than I care to admit. I am stress eating.

if I wasn't sure I was going to switch my provider for mental health care before I sure as hell am now. It's such a joke. Tells me to go to church and do yoga. Mentions to me that I need to manage my chronic pain more. I just about lost it. So after Christmas I will make the call to switch. It's like he's trying to shame me for decisions out of my hands.

insurance still hasn't approved my surgery so we'll see if it still happens.
