Well we made it through another week. I have to put together a packet for a new hire on Monday and get things ready for a one-day training on Tuesday. The day should be rather quiet.

Tomorrow is supposed to be in the 40's and hoping more snow melts. Tired of see the white crap, but then again once it melts then I'll be seeing brown crap because then it will be mud season. Sometimes you just can't win in New England.

QOTD: What's something you wish you weren't afraid of? My biggest fear is of heights. I don't know why since when I was a kid, I would climb the old wooden ladder in the barn and jump a good 30ft into the huge loose pile of hay. I would climb trees and jump off of a 20ft high cliff into water. But now the thought of even climbing a ladder 5ft gives me anxiety. So weird.

B: coffee and 3 egg bites

L: toss salad

D: baked haddock and spinach

Hitting the Y tonight for a water aerobics class.

Have a great Friday and weekend everyone!!!

Good late evening folks.

Still not many results with the rheumatologist. I don't think I have RA though. From the few that's come in it's looking that way. Maybe I'm just nuts.

I also saw a gynecologist today. It's looking like I'll have to have surgery for an issue I've been having. Not going to be a fun time. I'm being referred to a high risk gynecologist with the medical school here (Texas Tech). I should know in a couple of weeks when I seem em. Just yuck.

QOTD: people. I am terribly shy and have bad social anxiety

Food was in general much better. I think I had a protein bar for breakfast, can't remember all that I had for lunch. Dinner was fish chunks/nuggets, two hush puppies and half a cookiel
