What's on your Wednesday Menu?

Happy Hump Day Gang. It is snowing again here today, but we're not getting that much just a few inches. Irvin was able to get the bobcat unstuck and clean up the yard. When I got home yesterday, I was tempted to turn the huge snow mound into something, but it was cold so I'll wait and maybe do something this weekend with it.

Not much going on at work today so it should be a quiet day. I'm getting some online training done.

L: last of the short ribs

D: baked chicken thighs

The Y is closed until tomorrow so they can finish cleaning up the parking lot. They are bringing in a dump truck to haul the snow away.
