Good Thursday Morning. Talk about Ice Ice baby the roads were horrible this morning on my way into work. I made, but went very slow. There were several accidents along the roads.

I'm hearing we are supposed to get more snow next week like another foot. Lord knows I don't want anymore snow. Mother Nature really needs to stop the meds she's on because things are getting out of hand. Nothing much else going on.

B: tea and 2 scrambled eggs with ham and cheese

L: La Stellas so probably a chicken sandwich

D: We have a few leftovers in the fridge so either baked chicken thighs or braised rabbit

Hitting the Y tonight for some cardio and weights.

Have a great day everyone!!

Wow braised rabbit sounds so excellent !

When I was a small child in Hungary by Grandmother would cook this dish and it was my absolute favorite.

She was an amazing cook like you but my Grandfather grew and grafted fruit trees in our backyard and since mostly organically grown fresh and incredibly tasty veggies are cheap in Hungary we would walk to a farm stand/ market and buy fresh baked bread too and milk every day .

You can buy rabbit meat in Hungary we kept no meat animals not even chickens .

Breakfast - Almond Silk

Lunch - beef bourginon w orange peel greens fresh corn and sechuan spicy sauce

Snack - mashed potatoes

Walked over an hour this morning searching for my car which was buried under snow !
