What's on your Thursday Menu?

Good Friday-Eve Gang. I didn't think yesterday's post went through. I kept getting a Gateway error, but it looks like it did. A crazy thing happened this morning. I like to a local radio station 106.5 and they have this contest every M-F called Google or Genius. Today the question was what is the main ingredient in Tiramisu? Since I make that once in a while I knew the answer was Mascarpone Cheese. I called and just so happened to get through. I won a gift certificate to a local restaurant for either lunch or dinner. I've only been trying for a few years to win something. The DJ Shawn Murphy asked if I looked it up or if I knew it and I told him I knew is because I make it. :)

The BAU audit is done until the follow-up in June and it went very well. Only 61 finding which over half have already been resolved. The last one was addressed to the plant manager, but since I found out I can make revisions and updated to equipment inspection forms and other types of inspections I told him I would take care of that. I've already put together a binder with all of the inspections we do and will go through them to make and revisions needed.

lots of stuff going on. My Medicaid was charged for my visit to the rheumatologist that I paid out of pocket for. Fraud anyone? So there is that. Going to deal with that today. Not happy. 155 is a lot for me to be unplanned.

we have a chance for severe weather today. We had a surprise hail storm yesterday morning with golf ball sized hail. So weird. We have had the hottest winter on record here. Thanks La Niña.

i have to pick up prescriptions from two places. Call a doctors office. I should be getting a letter from the Medicaid company about finding another rheumatologist.

my mental stuff is pretty dark right now. My pains is just so severe I wake up in tears. But I persist. I am to stubborn to give into this **** I sometimes wish I wasn't though. It'd be much easier.
