Happy Friday Gang!! It was supposed to rain, but it appears that the storm stayed to the South of Connecticut. We went to the Y last night and got a nice workout in. Just over 30 minutes on the recumbent bike doing 5.5 miles and then did three reps of 20 on each of the 12 different circuit weight machines. Irvin went easy, but at his doctor's appointment yesterday she said his potassium and magnesium were back to the normal range. They are going to keep any eye on things, and he is going to make sure when he works out so drink something to replenish anything he might lose during the work out.

Not sure what we have planned for the weekend, but I do know that Stop and Shop has turkey breasts and hams on sale for .99cents a pound so I'll grab a few of each to freeze since I'm not cooking Easter dinner this year. We were invited to his son Bob's house again.

D: Irvin wants fish and chips that's why no lunch today :)

going to the Y right when I get home and then to one of the local places offering Lent fishing and chips.

Im just eating vegetarian temporarily. Super starving and broke down and devoured half a roast chicken yesterday.

But feel so

much

more energetic willing to walk many blocks . Drinking fat free dairy eating salad n pickles.
