Good luck with the fluid intake, it's hard to change, for me it take my body a few days to adjust when I increase water.

Whelp, my 8 am meeting made me want to drink (and I'm a non-drinker) so that's how my Wednesday is going! I'll get us started today as a diversion!
QOTD - what is your go to song to listen to for an attitude adjustment? Mine currently is The Greatest Show from the Greatest Showman soundtrack (and yes, it's on blast and repeat as I type)!
accountability - I've noticed that while I'm still low carb, my carbs have migrated upward from under 30 to under 60. I'm going to be moving back to under 30. I think I feel better at that level.

b - 4 oz ever roast chicken, 1 oz smoked gouda
L - 1 jalapeño cheddar sausage
d - small apple, 1 tablespoon peanut butter
s - L&F greek
ex - trying a new FIT Pilates class...it's supposed to be more cardio/interval oriented.
v/f - on track but I think with dropping the carbs, I'm also going to start shooting for 120 oz vs 100 of fluid

I told one of my friends that I was going to get skates and he told me "there are things we really shouldn't do at our age"...and then I pointed out that's he's older than me so skates it is, lol!
(and a helmet and pads because I am old)

Good morning! Happy Tuesday! I've got back to back meetings all day plus the plumber coming between 8-10 (they tried to turn on my sprinkler to put sod in the front yard and the pipe inside the house is spraying water, guess they must not have checked it at the January closing, lol).
QOTD - what's an exercise of activity that you would like to try this summer? I am going to get roller skates and a bike! Not roller blades, I don't think I have the balance for those.

ALS (minus bagel) this is something the bagel shop used to make for us in the mornings --it was a toasted Asiago bagel, with slices of tomato, sliced turkey or chicken, topped with a slice of provolone and lemon pepper, toasted. It will be a slice of tomato, 2 oz ever roast, 1 slice (.8oz) provolone and lemon pepper.
l - left over Green Chile chicken casserole

Hahaha, I ask myself how I'm not bald wvery time I get out of the shower so it's not just the cats, lol. (My hair loss is finally slowing and it's all coming back so I have annoying baby hairs but I'm ok with that now).
