I made it! I made it!
I am so very happy today! I am at my own personal goal of 130 lbs as of this morning! Dr. H's goal was 140 and he said I could proceed to 130... and the scale has been going down down down this week... I haven't been trying. And I have been getting in my protein and eating. It just happened. I am so excited! Someone asked me today, "What now?" I don't know. I'm not really trying anymore. I'm happy about where I am, and I get plenty to eat. I will need to think about things and have a goal in mind... any ideas?
I am so thrilled for you Melinda!!
Did you ever in your wildest dreams think that you would be at goal this soon? Or that you would wind up being such a tiny thing?
You were cute as a button when I first met you and now you are flat out gorgeous!

Wow, 130 lbs. You will blow away if a big wind comes up. I know you are so proud of yourself. You look great. Best of luck with the new man.

Congrads Melinda. I agree with Susan, when we first met you in September 06, you were adorable even with the dimples. Now look at you. You're healthy looking, down right Beautiful. I am so proud of you. You're just 10 lbs above me. Maintaining it now is a challenge. You have lost a lot since I met you yet you would never know that you used to be over weight. You don't even have that much in the loose skin department. Woo Woo. Love ya, Kathy

Congrats Melinda.
And to think -at one time you doubted yourself.
We knew you could do it! You look fantastic and have accomplished so much this past year. I am excited for you. My guess for the "what now" problem will be to work on maintaining that weight. Keep up the great work and thanks for being an inspiration!

Congratulations !!! I agree with everyone that the "now what" is to maintain, and to call your Nut to get the appropriate cals, carbs and protein to intake to help maintain. You look beautiful. Keep up the great work. Congratulations again!!! :)
