Just gotta shout
I’ve held off on mentioning this for a few days because I wanted to make sure that it wasn’t a fluke (especially after my griping about my three-month checkup) but I just have to share the news - I’ve officially lost 100 pounds!
Granted, I don’t feel any different physically than I did at the 95-pound mark but the emotional feeling of hitting triple digits is indescribable! Thanks to all of you for your encouragement and support!
If you are like me and have hit a plateau or are worried that the weight isn't coming off fast enough, I can say from experience that if you keep doing what your doctor tells you to, you will break through!
I know it's cliche, but trust me, if someone as impatient as I am can do it, anyone can.
Blessings to all for a happy and safe weekend!
