I am through with this losing weight business!

Ok I knew that got your attention.  I had posted that Dr. Houston said I could lose some more weight, down to 115. But after some thought, I said, NO I am where I should be.  I weigh 118.4 this morning.  I dont want to go on a diet.  I want to maintain what I have, and tone up these flabs of jelly, I mean abs of steal!  haha  Life is good.  And I am at a great place.  I am thankful for this surgery every day and for the new life that it has provided to me.  So for those of you who wonder "will it work for me?" I am here to answer, "yes it will and yes it IS"!!

I am so happy for you. I will be glad when I get to the point where I can just maintain. You have done so good and look amazing!!!!

You know you have done a terrefic job on losing weight. You have been a success story and I am so proud of you. I am glad you are finally in the maintaining stage and can now take everything you have learned in the last year and live a healthy life. BTW - I saw a news story about a woman named Melinda Sircy from Gallatin that was missing. of course it made me think that  you and Mike had a kid together. Your first name and his last. How weird is that. I hope the person is not related to Mike and everything is going good for him.

I'm glad to hear you're happy and comfortable with where you are.... you're so small now....I can't imgaine weighing 115lbs. You probably weigh as much as my left thigh hehehehe I can't wait to get to where you are, not that I want to weigh 115lbs but be comfortable and happy with my weight. Congratulations :-)

I'm glad you are feeling better about where you are. You have it right, it is all about being at a weight you are comfortable with instead of what someone else thinks you need to weigh. You look wonderful!  I have loved your smile from day one and didn't think it could get any bigger or brighter. I love it even more now because I can see that it encompasses every part of you. Misty I was teasing Tim saying that Mike & I were really married... and I needed a hideout at his place! lol.  Why else would Mike get a facelift?  We're modern day Bonnie & Clyde! hahaha..... I have never heard of Melinda Sircy.  I didn't ask Mike but I dont recall him ever mentioning the name...  and he didn't' mention a relative being missing....  I plan on being at the Christmas party... but I think we will be there a little late... maybe 30 minutes.  We're meeting at Tim's family's house that night at 4.
