10% weight loss----I'm close!!

I saw my PCP today and I am officially one pound (1 pound) from meeting my 10% loss for insurance approval.  That means within a week or two I can call Dr. Morton's office and schedule the consult......I am so excited!!!!  I just had to tell someone.   I am still working today and can't tell my husband, sister or children until I get home.    Thanks for listening (reading) me SHOUT!!!!

Congrats! I always envy those who have to lose the 10%. I just am not sure I could have done it or it would have taken me a very long time. I just hate the insurance companies that make you do that. It is a ridiculous requirement.  My sister is having to go through that now. So, I am really happy for you and you have accomplished alot. Keep up the great work!
