Changes at Vanderbilt
Got a call last night about 8 pm. from Vandy. A Eric who took over Jennifer Ginnings position, seems very nice, I was impressed that he was still at work. He said he would be in the office all day sat. working, checking on patients ins. and other request. As we know they've had staffing changes, but he wanted to reassure me that the quality and standards are still in place. Their in the process of hiring someone to fill Christian's position. I still have confidence in their system.
I think we can all relax. I have been communicating with them about my EGD and them changing one of my prescriptions and they always call back as promptly as possible. I'm more pleased with them now than I was before I had to start my 6 month diet last year. I talked to a Jennifer one of the Nurse Practitioners and she went over my itenarary seeing what appointments I had scheduled and if she had to make any appointments for me. She did tell me that I was moving right along and continuing to complete my requirments and that they would see me soon. I can honestly say that I "am" looking forward to the other side of my journey at Vandy.

Hi all,
I was well into my process when on my last visit to see Christian, my appointment was at 8:30 and didn't get in to see anyone until 1. After that you know, I was thinking maybe a wee****il it was submitted to insurance. Wrong!! Well it has now been 1 month and I talked to my insurance today and they still don't have anything from Vanderbilt. I am tired of messing with Vanderbilt and have switched to Baptist.
If I can get Vanderbilt to send over my records that is. I have been asking for that for 3 days and hopefully that will be done soon.
I had an appointment with the nutritionist, Jennifer Angus. While there, I met Eric McWilliams, who took Jennifer Ginnings place. He's a real nice guy. He and his staff are in the process of going over all the patients info and evaluating where each patient is in the process.
Looks like everything should be back on track soon.
