I am feeling pretty good with it... the guy who did our nutrition class was my size and lost 119. At least I am trying. I need to find some good ways to get my protein and low carbs... The pill did not make me jittery at all. I was glad. I hope I can get my energy up. Their scale wouldn't weigh me so I need to go and get weighed somewhere.

THanks... I have to and I really think I can this time. I am excited about it. I know that nothing will happen overnight but I am trying to do something. I did not think it was that hard today. I know there will be days... like my b-day coming in few weeks when I will want to splurge but wont because I dont want to waste a day by undoing what I have done... Thank you for always being there.... I can never tell you enough how much you mean and how good a friend you have been... :)

Why don't you go by Baptist MSC and ask to be weighed on their scale? I'm sure they'll let you do it. Thursdays are light office days so today may be a good day. Or, you could come to the support group meeting on March 4th and weigh that evening. You can do this!  For your birthday might I suggest a very special, planned, program friendly dinner? Something you might not normally treat yourself to such as broiled or grilled shrimp or a small filet mignon. All perfectly healthy and program friendly but still a treat and an indulgence. If finances allow, maybe you can treat yourself to a manicure or new hairstyle, a non-food treat! Happy "early" Birthday!

I am going to stop at the emergency room in Smyrna today and ask. I just want to get as close to the weight because last time I lost I never knew my beginning weight and it was frustrating. I know it is just a number but I want to do it. I think we are going to Karoke at the Holiday Inn in the Boro for my b-day. Probably will have steak. Thanks for the tips.... I already did the new hair do.... it is really cute just need a job now... :)

Hi Melissa, You are doing so great.  Yes, you can do this...I just wanted you to know that you are in my thoughts and prayers...  You are being thought of even though it feels like no one in the world cares....  You are so special and I want you to never never never forget that...
