100lbs gone!!

WooHoo!!!
I had to share this WOW moment with you guys. When I weighed this morning I have lost 100 lbs. It is so hard to even believe!! I am 5 1/2 months post surgery and 100 lbs are gone! I feel so much better...better than I have felt in years!
My prayer is that everyone *****ceives this tool takes advantage of this opportunity. I am still learning through trial and error but I just keep telling my self that I have to keep doing everything that I have been taught regarding the use to this wonderful tool.

Wow, a hundred pounds in 5 1/2 months!  That is fabulous.  I don't think I will make that...55 pounds since surgery, 79 total in 3 months.  Congrats on the great work!  You are an inspiration! Marilyn

Your doing GREAT! My metabolism was over 2700 calories per day at the time of surgery so I do have that in my favor. I can not wait to meet you in a couple of weeks at our East side dinner.
By the way...you look so good...I like your new picture.

I know what a wonderful milestone that is!  I got my 100 mark on Christmas Eve this past Christmas!   You are doing great!

Congratulations.  I can't wait until I hit mine.  Don't have too much further to go, but it will be nice once it is all behind me.  Keep up the good work and keep being an inspiration to those of us that are following in your footsteps.
