Found a good, inexpensive smoothie blender
I looked all over for a good blender for protein shakes and smoothies. I finally bought a Back To Basics Smoothie Blender at WalMart. It was only $17.97 and IT WORKS GREAT! It's specifically designed to make sure the ice and other ingredients get fully blended together. Has a 48 oz. pictcher with ounces marked on it, has the mixing wand to make sure the ice gets crushed up, and it has a spout for serving. GREAT blender!!
A friend of mine bought a Magic Bullet blender at Costco for $49.99. It's good, but my WallyWorld bargain works just as well - plus I can make up to 4 shakes at one time, put it in the fridge, then re-blend when I am ready for another.
I know there are probably better, fancier, more well-known brands like Magic Bullet, but this one works just as well for me!!
