Lost more inches despite the scale
Hi Sharon,
Congrats on loosing inches! A loss is a loss, whether it's pounds or inches. They each take their turn! Keep up the great work and I bet you're glad you measured yourself beforehand. I did that too. Helps with motivation when the scale doesn't budge.

Hi Sharon,
Good to see that you are doing okay.... I wish I had been more diligent about measuring myself. I have a pretty good log of number of pounds lost but I sure wish I would have had the inches info too.
It was true that I was moving a long at a quite nice pace, then all of the sudden the scale didn't drop the 5 pound a week number that I had been accustomed to seeing... But I never got discouraged cause even though the scale did not move that weekend I sure knew that my body had.... Then all of the sudden the scale would catch up and go BAM... More pounds lost....
Way to go! Isn't it nice to have that motivation to turn to when the scales try to lie to you and tell you you aren't losing?
Keep up the good work.
